Leaving a Legacy ...

Adam's Shoes Environmental Impact

On May 2, 2024 we got a call from Wayside Food Programs, from our friend Don. They got word that a store was going to crush and landfill three large pallets of brand new children's toys, clothes, and sports equipment since they didn’t have anyone that wanted it.

He insisted they take the pallets and he called me right away. Within an hour we were filling the car and driving back and forth to collect every single last item! We saved thousands of pounds of brand new items from a landfill while be able to provide beautiful birthday gifts to youths here in Maine.

Thank you to Wayside and Don for always thinking of our environment and the needs of other non-profit organizations here in Maine. This inventory is a fantastic way to help spread cheer and love here in our Maine communities. Can you believe we still have boxes and boxes to process!

We are proud to partner with such a fantastic organization as Wayside. They work endlessly on feeding our community and we are so blessed when their generosity and kindness comes our way!

We launched on the 15th anniversary of Adam's death, September 23, 2022.

Family and friends gathered to celebrate you, Adam. To embrace and begin the legacy we aspire to leave for you.
